DECK is a task diary. Log work as you finish it – what it was, how long it took, and which quadrant it honestly belongs in.
It's built on the Delegate and Elevate exercise from EOS (the Entrepreneurial Operating System, from Gino Wickman's Traction). Every task sits somewhere on two questions – do you love it, and are you great at it:
The ring tracks how much of your time lands in the top two quadrants – EOS says aim for 80% or more. On your review cadence (set it in Settings), DECK gathers the period and helps you decide what to keep, delegate, automate, eliminate or rethink. Offloading even one thing per review compounds.
